Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders by the next business day but during busy sales events, it may take a little longer.

Please allow approximately 3-5 business days after dispatch for all Express Shipping and approximately 5-8 business days after dispatch for Standard Shipping in Australia. For rural areas of Australia, this may take longer.

Some brewing equipment and machines may be drop-shipped from the Australian distributor if not in stock at Sensory Lab. This may take a few extra days to get to you. For all interstate orders, we ship via Shippit using a combination of services including Australia Post and couriers, based on the best shipping price we can provide to you. From Sensory Lab dispatch, you can expect most standard delivery orders to major metro areas outside Victoria to take up to 5-8 business days. Regional or rural areas may take a little longer. If you are not home when your delivery arrives, orders containing only non-perishable items will be left in a safe place, unattended. Please note these are only estimates—postal delays caused by these providers are outside our control once goods have been passed over for dispatch.

 

International Shipping

We use Auspost for all international web orders. Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to these orders.

Tracking

All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website here.

Lastly, we'd hate for you to have ordered something and never get it! If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering online, contact us at support@sensorylab.com.au and we'll figure this out for you.
