Brewing Module 2 Course


A more in-depth hands-on course that will dig into the principles of coffee extraction.  

Participants will leave knowing how to use a coffee refractometer and ExtractMojo program to navigate a coffee control chart to brew coffee to a delicious strength and extraction percentage. 

Knowledge of and experience with different coffee brew methods and preparations are required.
