These three coffees have been developed by our Brazilian partners, Carmo Coffee as a part of their revolutionary New Flavours project. Brazil is traditionally thought about as having big chocolate and nut flavours, the New Flavours project’s sole aim is to craft new and exciting flavours for Brazilian coffees. The team at Carmo teamed up with a famous Colombian Producer, Carmilo Merizaldec of Santuario Estate. With careful variety selection and some revolutionary top secret processing (we are going to take an educated guess that it involves different strains of yeast sprayed directly on the cherries) we have come out the other side with coffee we think you are going to fall in love with over and over again.
